Breath of fresh air! Was looking for a new vet and True Care came recommended from several people. Went there without my dog to see them and met both vets - one came up front after an appointment to shake my hand. The visit with my dog went great. No fancy, crisp white coats here - the female vet got right down on the floor with my dog and we talked about everything and she gave us lots of time for our conversation. She was knowledgeable without talking down to me and spoke clearly and in words I could understand. She was also very honest about my dogs teeth and offered ways for me to provide home care. They have reasonable fees which were explained to me - I don't mind paying if I am getting quality care for my dog. They also did not force recommendations down my throat. She gave me all the options in list of best to worst and let me decide. I will be telling my friends about them.
Awesome vets who really care about the animals
I have been with this location for 13 years. I was a patient of the previous owner and was hesitant when I found out a new group of Animal Care Professionals would be caring for my pets. I did decide to give them a chance and have been very pleased. The office staff is kind, DR's are knowledgeable and thorough with their exams. Overall the care I was accustomed to remained the same, just new faces. I have never frequented another vet, so I cannot compare prices. I do know that quality of life and keeping my pets healthy is more important than cost. Knowing that the folks here care about the well being of my pets is obvious by the actions seen here at each visit.
Our first-time visit was wonderful! The doctors and techs were so friendly and caring. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
